Warranty obligations
According to the current legislation, the warranty period for the products is 30 days. During this period, our store guarantees to replace a product in case of any defects. Defects include: falling apart of the product cloth, falling apart of the stitched-up edge, disappearance of a pattern from cloth. Warranty obligations shall be valid only if the buyer complies with the usage instructions on the package or clothing label.
Warranty obligations do not cover the product defects caused by the following actions:
If the buyer identifies any defects while using the product, the buyer can make a claim, provided that such defects were identified within the Warranty period and that it was not caused by improper usage.
Claims are considered within a period of up to 10 business days. Upon preliminary consideration of the claim, you will either get back your money or be advised of the necessity to carry out an additional independent expertise. The time for claim consideration and for carrying out an independent expertise (if necessary) is not included in the warranty period.
1. Buyer's rejection of a product of due quality.
According to the applicable legislation, the buyer may return the product purchased in our online store within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

You will not be recompensed for the cost of returning the product to the store. Please keep in mind that in case of card payment, the amount shall be returned within up to 60 days. The precise day of return is defined by the bank's policy.

3. Replacement of a product with a manufacturing defect.

To replace your product with a product of due quality/with no manufacturing defects you are to return the product of improper quality/with defects. The product return is paid by the buyer. The store will recompense you for the cost of return.
As soon as we receive a product of improper quality/with manufacturing defects, the product of due quality will immediately be sent at your address without charging additional payment for both the product and the delivery.
